Why I Built NeurA+ & Who is It Really For
The story behind the membership, and an honest invitation to join
I have wanted to write this article for a while, because I think the people who need NeurA+ most are often the ones who look at it and think it is probably not for them.
They are too busy, too functional, too far from what they imagine a membership like this is designed for.
They are high achievers, they are the ones holding everything together, they do not need support, they are the support.
I built NeurA+ for exactly those people.
The most capable people in any room are often the ones carrying the most, and the least likely to ask for help.
The Moment I Knew Something Had to Exist
Twenty-five years of practice gives you patterns, not just in individuals, but across the whole landscape of the people who walk through your door or sit across from you on a screen.
The executives who are performing brilliantly and quietly falling apart. The parents who are present for everyone but themselves. The leaders who know exactly what their teams need and have no idea how to give themselves the same. The couples who love each other and have completely stopped speaking honestly.
What all of them had in common was not a lack of intelligence, capability or commitment, it was a lack of the right tools, the right understanding of their own patterns, and critically, a community of people who genuinely got what they were carrying.
I also have two neurodivergent children. I have lived alongside what it means to think differently in a world that is not always built for the way your mind works. That experience shaped NeurA+ in ways I could not have anticipated when I started.
I built NeurA+ because the people who hold everything together deserve somewhere to land.
Who NeurA+ Is Really For
Let me be direct about this, because I think the membership space is full of vague promises and I want to say something more honest.
NeurA+ is for high achievers, both neurotypical and neurodivergent, who are brilliant at what they do and quietly exhausted by what it costs them. It is for people who have read something in the last nine weeks of content and recognised themselves in it. It is for people who have thought about getting support for a long time and kept finding reasons to wait.
It is not a crisis service. It is not a replacement for therapy when therapy is what is needed. It is a membership platform and community built to give you the tools, the framework and the people to do things differently, sustainably, at a level that matches your life.
The executive who is delivering results and running on empty
The high achiever who has never been able to switch off, not properly
The person who has always worked harder than anyone around them and cannot explain why it still does not feel like enough
The leader who wants to manage their team well but has never been given the tools to manage themselves
The individual who recognises the childhood pattern underneath the drive and is ready to do something about it
The neurodivergent person who has spent years adapting to systems that were not built for them and is ready for something different
What You Actually Get
Three membership tiers, starting at $27 per month, each building on the last.
Foundations ($27): fully self-paced access to all 23 evidence-based coping strategy tools, downloadable workbooks, the 5-step mental health process and recorded guided imagery and relaxation sessions
Clarity & Connection ($47): everything in Foundations plus a monthly live specialist session with Q&A and full access to the NeurA+ community
Mastery ($97): everything above plus a second monthly live case study group session where you bring your own real life situation and work through it with live guidance
The 23 tools have been created across 25 years of clinical practice. They are not generic content repurposed from somewhere else. They include the Pressure Gauge, the Brain Dump, the Comfort Zone, Traffic Lights RAG Priorities, the Time Machine, Flipping: Reframing Thinking, the Swan, and 16 more, each available as video, audio, interactive card and downloadable resource.
The community is private, warm and genuinely supportive, because the people in it understand what high achievement actually costs, because they are living it too.
This is not a course you forget to open. It is a community that shows up with you.
The Results I Have Seen
Over 25 years, across individuals, couples, corporate teams and executive coaching, I have seen what happens when people finally have the right support in place.
A business owner whose company sold for £10 million after we worked together on executive team effectiveness, communication and performance. Members who describe finally having language for what they were feeling, after years of not being able to name it. Leaders who change how entire teams experience their working week. Couples who learn to communicate honestly again after years of careful silence.
These are not exceptional outcomes. They are what becomes possible when people stop carrying it alone.
My Honest Invitation
We are ten weeks in, you have been reading about childhood patterns, imposter syndrome, overworking as survival, communication breakdown and the nervous system cost of holding it all together.
If you have recognised yourself in any of it, this is the invitation.
Not to fix everything overnight. Not to commit to something that does not feel right. Simply to start, wherever it feels right, at the level that makes sense for where you are now.
Your people are here, the work begins when you are ready.
Three tiers from $27 per month. Start wherever feels right.
