Benefits of collaborating with Diane Alexander

 I worked with Diane for 18 months, during which time she had a huge impact on the day-to-day rituals and routines of our business, was instrumental in driving change, and a catalyst to helping push the company forward.

Diane is an excellent communicator and has a talent for challenging performance or behaviour at all levels, always striving to help her colleagues to be better, and to think differently about issues, while pushing for positive outcomes.

As a mediator, Diane sat at the centre of our activities and always kept a balanced view, while helping keep our team on track and to point.  This was particularly critical for the roll out of our OKR program, which took some time to bed in and would have stuttered without full Diane’s support.

Diane puts people first and uses all of her experience and expertise to support each individual in every way she can.  Diane gave me a great deal of support throughout the time we worked together, helping me and my colleagues through some tough times, and I will always be extremely grateful for her help and advice.  Many thanks Diane :)
